The proposed Parking Structure-E project shall provide a new 1,650+ stall parking structure that will be located on the western portion of existing Parking Lot 5.  The project consists of a new 5-story cast-in-place concrete slab parking structure with improvements to existing Parking Lot C and Parking Structure-C in the form of redeveloping existing entrance and exit access that will improve circulation and safety, maximize the number of parking spaces within the new structure and reconfigure existing in consideration of new circulation and site constraints.  Additionally, the project will provide improvements in the form of landscape, grading, signage, and pedestrian access and circulation both immediate and adjacent to the site, including required utility improvements.

The Project Budgeted Direct Construction Cost is $41,800,000.00
