Subcontractor Prequalification

We require that all subcontractors prequalify on an annual basis to be eligible to bid work with our company.

The following trades are not required to prequalify with Rudolph and Sletten:

  • Vendors
  • Design and engineering firms.
  • Temporary facilities (trailers, temporary fencing, sanitation, etc.)

Please be prepared to submit the below additionally requested documentation along with your prequalification application:

  • Reference letter from your bonding company confirming aggregate and single project bonding capacities.
  • Reference letter from your Workers Compensation insurance carrier confirming the most recent five years of Experience Modification Rates (EMR).
  • Audited financial statements if you wish to be prequalified for contracts greater than $1,000,000.
  • Reviewed financial statements if you wish to be prequalified for contracts up to $1,000,000.
  • Balance sheets, profit loss statements and verification of Line of Credit information including; maximum amount available and current balance on the line if audited or reviewed statements are not available.
  • OSHA 300 and 300A forms for the last 3 years.
  • Verification of certification for each qualifying diversity classifications, including expiry information.
