Renovation of four (4) lab modules in the CHS South Tower, located on floors two, five and seven and consisting of approximately 10,000 GSF total area.

The lab modules will provide lab support space including tissue culture rooms, procedure rooms, microscopy rooms, equipment rooms, computational laboratories and related lab support. The project will also relocate existing laboratory equipment and procure and install new laboratory equipment.

The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of new laboratory equipment; coordination of existing lab equipment; assembly of demountable partitions by others; modifications to MEP and other building

systems including fire protection and building automation; construction of new room partitions; provision of utility connections and data drops to support the program; and repairs and restoration of finishes impacted by

the work.
