The Project consists of a new building and site development for a trial court facility comprised of approximately 66,121 GSF with 5 courtrooms,related superior court office and public service spaces, holding areas at courtrooms and court support. The 2 story building shell will be slab on grade, brick face tiltup panel building, storefronts and curtain walls with a single ply roof. The TI will consist of 5 court rooms and support space with full MEP support. Refer to Bid Package layout for anticipated bid package scopes.
The site development includes but is not limited to site preparation, underground utilities, landscape, hardscape, fencing and gates.
DVBE 3% participation.
