The Integrated Genomics Building (IGB) is a new building to be constructed on the LBNL site at One Cyclotron Road, Berkeley, California.  The building will consist of approximately 81,000 square feet (SF) plus a separate Modular Utility Plant (MUP) of approximately 4,500 square feet (SF).  The building will contain both wet and dry laboratory space, office space for researchers and program managers, a computation center, and warm and cold rooms for research.  Construction is expected to commence late July 2016**, and is expected to continue for a period of 24 months.
