Owned by the Peninsula Health Care District (PHCD), The Trousdale is a planned 124-unit assisted living and memory care facility, which will be located on District-owned property at 1600 Trousdale Drive in Burlingame. The Trousdale will be centrally located in the heart of the Peninsula, near shopping, physician offices, Mills-Peninsula Medical Center, restaurants, and public transportation. 

The New building will consist of a 28,382 sf single story underground parking garage with a 121,950 sf six story Cast in Place Concrete tower.  The exterior consist of punch windows, wood panels, and plaster panel.    In additional to the 124 assisted living units there are full food services and elderly support spaces.
