The project will include a new 128 bed Replacement Hospital, Energy Center Building, and new site and utility improvements. The project currently includes a new nine-story Hospital Building with a two story Energy Center Building with a total square footage of approximately 323,000 square feet which includes approximately 20,000 square feet for the Energy Center Building. There will be a number of Make Ready Projects as part of the project scope which include MOB Building Demolition Project, and DWP and SCE power line infrastructure work.
