PERFORMING ARTS BUILDING ANNEX PROJECT

The project consists of construction of a 73,000 GSF New Performing Arts building and 21,000 GSF New Academic building and approximately 13,000 GSF of renovation to the existing Performing Arts Building, at California State

University, San Bernardino campus. Construction is to be completed in two phases. Phase

I is the construction of a New Performing Arts Building and New Academic Building, and Phase II is the selective renovation of the existing Performing Arts Building.

The Project Direct Construction Cost Budget is $73,000,000.

The construction duration for phase 1 is 850 calendar days.  The construction duration for phase 2 is 180 calendar days

Liquidated damages are $3,500 for each calendar day construction completion is late.
